Common understanding of our “Towards Zero” HSE objectives, principles and programs combined with management commitment and responsibility are driving forces in achieving our ambitious zero incident goal within HSE.

HSE challenges and opportunities in our projects will be identified at the earliest possible stage in order to ensure implementation of HSE in the overall technical solutions developed. Our work process for front end loading of HSE ensures an early focus on HSE in design.

Close cooperation and integration of the offshore organisation in our project team is an important success factor in execution of turnkey projects. Furthermore, alignment of Sørco’s HSE activities and campaigns with our client’s acitivities is important to ensure contribution to improvement of the HSE culture.

All employees and members of our project teams receives training to our “Towards Zero” HSE program and are expected to show commitment thereto.
