Our operations support team offers a wide range of services related to both preparation for operation of new upstream installations as well as supporting ongoing operations. Our strength with regards to operations lies in an overall understanding of production operation, management experience and hands-on offshore experience.

Our services reflect the requirements of our customer’s operations at all times in achieving the goals of enhanced safety, increased production and reduction of operating costs over the lifetime of the installation.

Combining our operations support services with our long term maintenance management and modification service, presents Apply Sørco as a complete operation partner for oil and gas upstream companies.





Preparation for operation – new installations:

• preparing specifications for life cycle information and documentation for operation (LCI/DFO) services
• verifying technical information deliveries from the project
• transferring technical information from project phase to operations stage
• maintenance strategy development and analysis
• maintenance plans and programmes
• linking operational activities and technical information
• preparing commissioning and initial start-up procedures
• establishing training programmes and materials, including computer-based training (CBT).

Operations support – ongoing operations:

• provision of offshore operators and service personnel
• logistics services (personnel, equipment and materials)
• descriptions and procedures for start-up, normal operation, shut-down and maintenance, and provides links to other systems and databases – EOD link
• computer-based training (CBT) of operators and other personnel
• Life Cycle Cost analysis
• spare part assessment
