This EPCI project was a part of a major programme to extend the producing life of the Snorre field, which still contains substantial volumes of oil and gas. More berths and better facilities are essential for implementing the programme. The 456-tonne module which included 46 beds, new kitchen and control room on Snorre A was lifted into position in the summer of 2007. The platform integration work and topsides modifications was completed in 2008.

The module was delivered by Leirvik Module Technology AS which is our fabrication yard incorporated within the Sørco Group.
